Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS Architect to design, develop, and implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions with a primary focus on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
- This role will provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and implementation expertise to support financial consolidation, close, reporting, and integration initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Oracle EPM experience, including multiple end-to-end FCCS implementations, and strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.
- The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, ensure data accuracy, and support enterprise financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Oracle EPM FCCS applications following industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Configure and customize FCCS functionalities including:
- ○ Consolidation rules
- ○ Ownership management
- ○ Intercompany eliminations
- ○ Currency translation
- ○ Journal entries
- ○ Financial reporting
- ○ Close processes
- Lead solution architecture and provide technical guidance for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
- Integrate Oracle EPM applications with Oracle and non-Oracle platforms including ERP, General Ledger, HFM, Essbase, and BI solutions.
- Develop and maintain data integration processes using Data Management and Data Exchange.
- Utilize Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs to automate business processes and improve system efficiency.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical design documentation, deployment documentation, and support artifacts.
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable EPM solutions.
- Provide post-production support and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership across project activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple full lifecycle FCCS implementations.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.
- Experience integrating FCCS with ERP and financial systems.
- Experience with Essbase and advanced Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
