Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Planning, managing, development and execution of CSR initiatives across the organization.
• Build strong networks with relevant stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that the work is well-positioned, relevant, and visible at a national and regional level.
• Identifying and liaising with potential and credible NGOs, research-based Institutes, Universities for viable collaborations on sourcing Medicinal plants via Contract Farming (CF) program - Regular and Organic.
• Biodiversity and Conservation project on endangered, negatively listed and Endemic Medicinal plants
• Accelerating relationship growth based on ownership, partnership and joint ventures with major stakeholders.
• Building Strategic Alliance (SA) and sustainably enhancing shared rapport - project up scaling and expansions.
• Collaborate Across the Company on all CSR intervention /CSR project support
• Sustainably engaging various CSR running projects/initiatives by constant value creation, additions and thereby developing a module towards creating a sustainable supply chain based on Industry requirement. 
• Analyzing, Documenting and reviewing the impact of core running CSR programs/project/initiatives.
• Renewal of existing projects after a complete due diligence.
• Promote engagement and external visibility
• Visual communication via video footage, documentation making and updating top brass in the Organization periodically and using social media platforms to communicate project announcements and interventions.

CSR Compliance

• Responsible for CSR compliance of the company’s activities across India.
• Stay abreast of CSR regulations and guidelines
• Keep senior stakeholders in Corporate Communications & CSR and business updated on developments and seek their guidance as required.

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sustainability programs with experience in the areas of Environment, Biodiversity, Community engagement outreach, Mental Health & wellness projects.
• Experience in conducting employee volunteering programs
• A strong hands-on approach and understanding of CSR/Sustainability/ESG requirements
• Experience of working in non-profit, corporate set up and ability to track, record and assess the capacity of not-for-profit organizations.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to work both in a team as well as in an independent context
• Excellent writing, communications, and project management skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Proven track record of delivering work which has yielded demonstrable social impact
