Kitchen Hand to do prep as well as desserts, salads and other kitchen duties. To work in the Lader area assisting a Chef .

Dishes and cooking snack food and staff meals etc.

Experience is essential. The right attitude is important to work with our Chefs and our other Kitchen hand and our front of house staff.

We are very "customer orientated".

We are happy to sponsor the right person for their work visa .

You must be prepared to stay the Summer until May or longer.

Staff take holidays between May and Sept for either one or two months. Then return to their job.

Start date is flexible but around 11th January 2027 or earlier by arrangement.

This is a full time permanent job.

We provide staff lunch and dinner.

Your own room is available in one of our staff houses.

It is cheaper to live in Glenorchy and save and have time off in the Winter months to travel etc.
