We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to help deliver exceptional food and memorable guest experiences in our fast-paced mountain environment.

About the RoleYou'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items, maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards, managing stock and food preparation, and supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen. You'll also help mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
What You'll Bring- Minimum 2 years' experience at Chef de Partie level or above
- Strong à la carte cooking experience and knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and Food Control Plans
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to mentor and support junior staff
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Calm under pressure and highly organised
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards
- Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of a busy kitchen
- Eager to learn, grow, and lead by example
