Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on products.
• Maintain the sales floor, ensuring that the store is clean, well-organised, and stocked with the latest products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the till system.
• Support promotional activities and assist in visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• 14  hours per week
• Monday/Tuesday and Wednesday 11.15 til 16.15

Nice to have

• Experience with retail
