About the role

Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to phone, email and walk-in enquiries
- Building relationships with customers, architects, designers and trade clients
- Preparing quotes, pricing, invoices and sales orders
- Processing purchase orders and assisting with stock procurement
- Coordinating freight, deliveries and order tracking
- Preparing basic plan take-offs and supporting project coordination
- Managing product samples and showroom presentation
- Maintaining accurate records and sales administration
- Supporting the wider office, warehouse and business as needed
- Assisting with marketing and other projects
About you
We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, organised and proactive — someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.
You’ll be:
- A confident and friendly communicator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm when juggling multiple priorities
- Adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
- Proactive and confident working independently
- Willing to learn and comfortable picking up technical information
- Positive, practical and happy to pitch in
- Someone who takes pride in doing things well
- Experience in customer service, sales support or administration
- Confidence with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Xero or similar accounting software experience would be advantageous
- CRM experience would be useful
- Construction, design or interiors experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential
