This multi-national food manufacturer is looking for a Production Operator to assist the team in the food production. Although starting as a temporary position, this position has great long term potential as well as future opportunities to develop into a role with more responsibilite as the company expands into an evening shift.

- Follow the production plan and recipes to assist in the blending and cooking process, making adjustments as neccessary.
- Assist with line set up and pre-operational checks of form seal machines.
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards, completing all relevant documentation.
- At least 1-2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to bulk weighing and blending of ingredients as per the production recipe.
- Physically fit with the capacity to lift 25KG repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and mathematical skills to ensure quality standards are met.
- Flexibility to work on the night shift and adapt to changing production schedules
- Understanding of production machinery and maintenance procedures
- Passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to quality
