Building Services Engineer - Data Centre
Building Services Engineer role with a leading Tier 2 commercial builder delivering a major Data Centre project in Western Sydney.

This role will see you working on a major Data Centre, supporting the delivery of all building services packages from procurement through to commissioning and handover.

Building Services Engineer role with a leading Tier 2 commercial builder delivering a major Data Centre project in Western Sydney.

This role will see you working on a major Data Centre, supporting the delivery of all building services packages from procurement through to commissioning and handover.
The Role:
- Manage and coordinate all services trades (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire)
- Review design documentation and drive buildability and value engineering outcomes
- Lead services procurement, scope alignment and subcontractor engagement
- Oversee installation to ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety requirements
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to integrate services with structure and finishes
- Support commissioning, authority approvals and final handover
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or similar
- 3+ years’ experience working for a head contractor or Tier 1 subcontractor as a Building Services Engineer
- Experience delivering complex commercial new build projects valued $30M+
- Strong understanding of services coordination and commissioning
- Confident managing subcontractors and consultant relationships
- Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market
