We’re on the lookout for a Merchandising & Support Specialist to join our national field services team. Based in Dunedin and working 15 hours per week, you’ll bring cutting-edge technology to life in stores through impactful merchandising, staff engagement, and hands-on support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting retail stores in your territory on a fortnightly call cycle

• Maintaining high merchandising standards and updating displays per visual briefs

• Delivering engaging product training and supporting retail staff with product knowledge

• Acting as the go-to expert for your product portfolio

• Supporting promotions, in-store activations, and compliance audits

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or tech-based customer support (preferred, not essential)

• Great communication skills and confidence engaging with retail staff

• Curiosity for technology and a willingness to become the expert

• Reliability, autonomy, and strong time management

• A full driver’s licence and your own vehicle (travel required across your territory)

This role has high levels of autonomy and regular travel, so you must be organised and self-managing. You must have your own car, along with a clean, full drivers license. You must be an NZ citizen, have NZ Permanent Resident status or a valid NZ work visa.
