What you’ll do

• Work with your manager to deliver the trade sales growth plan

• Smash sales targets and get rewarded for it

• Become the go-to tile expert for tilers, builders and contractors

• Stay ahead of the market with competitor research and industry trends

• Team up with our retail and design crew to deliver for every customer

• Keep orders, stock and the trade and warehouse areas running smoothly

What you’ll bring

• A proven sales track record and a love of building relationships

• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (essential), as many of our trade customers prefer to do business in these languages

• The drive to work independently and juggle trade and retail

• A can-do, problem-solving attitude

• Building or tile industry experience is a bonus, not a must

• Capability to lift heavy items when necessary

• Forklift licence (reach truck) preferred, or willing to get one

• Availability for 40–45 hours per week, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, on a rotating roster that includes some weekends
