Showcase Jewellers, a destination for fine Gold and Diamond jewellery and home to iconic brands like Pandora and Seiko, is growing our part-time/casual “on-call” team! We’re looking for a talented, energetic individual with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer service.

About the Role
This is a part-time/casual position(only one position available) with rostered hours on :

• Fridays 8.45 am – 3.15 pm

• Alternate Saturday mornings 9.15 am – 12.45 pm

• Additional on-call/casual shifts covering weekdays and peak periods (especially December–February).

You’ll enjoy flexibility: while we appreciate your availability for on-call shifts, we have a small casual team who usually find someone to cover at short notice, so it won’t always have to be you!

Your work will blend administration and sales:

• Stock entry, stocktakes, store cleaning and general admin

• Processing online orders, social media

• Assisting customers in-store with purchases and enquiries

• Cleaning, merchandising, and creating eye-catching displays of our beautiful jewellery
