About the Role
As our Consumer Pricing Lead for Bridgestone, you'll lead category pricing decisions across a significant ANZ consumer revenue base. You'll own pricing end to end - integrated management of pricing across the entire commercial value chain - from market intelligence and pricing architecture through to price execution, transaction management, performance measurement and continuous optimisation. And with data and automation set to transform how we price, you'll help shape what comes next.
This is a strategic role for a commercially sharp pricing professional who wants to lead, not just analyse.
What You'll Lead
Pricing strategy and architecture: Set recommended retail, promotional and customer pricing frameworks across every consumer channel in ANZ
Rebates and trade terms: Design rebate programmes and trade terms that drive the right customer behaviours and profitable growth
Competitor-led pricing: Turn market and competitor intelligence into timely, confident pricing decisions and clear competitive positioning.
Price realisation: Find and close revenue leakage across rebates, discounts, claims and pricing exceptions, with a change remit that delivers significant value to the business
Commercial insight: Translate complex data into clear recommendations for Sales, Finance, Marketing and senior leaders
The future of pricing: Help shape and embed AI and automation in how we price
Pricing Governance: Lead pricing governance and compliance frameworks that improve consistency, transparency and commercial discipline.
Modelling & Analytics: Use commercial modelling, profitability analysis and market intelligence to shape pricing decisions.

What We're Looking For
End-to-end pricing experience in retail or FMCG, covering pricing architecture, rebate strategy and promotions
Proven results: pricing decisions you've led and the margin or revenue they delivered
A finance or technical background, with a strong understanding of COGS, margin and revenue, and how pricing decisions flow through the P&L
Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence stakeholders at every level
Genuine enthusiasm for data, with strong Excel and Power BI skills (SAP and advanced data expertise is a plus)
A collaborative approach and the drive to grow as the role evolves
A degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field, however experience is what really matters here
It's a bonus if you've worked with dynamic pricing, advanced competitor price data, or AI and machine learning to drive pricing transformation.
What's on Offer
Competitive base salary of up to $145,000pa, dependent on your skills and experience, and inclusion in our annual incentive programme
A strategic role with real decision-making authority and visibility with senior leaders
Career development within a large, global organisation with a strong presence across ANZ
Access to various Bridgestone employee benefits, such as discounted tyres, services, health insurance and paid volunteer days
