We're one of Hawke's Bay's leading outdoor retailers, known for quality gear and staff who genuinely know their stuff. Our mission is simple: help customers turn their dream days in the hills and on the water into reality. We're growing our Napier team, and we're after a full-time sales consultant who lives and breathes firearms.

Whether you're new to sales or you've been closing deals for years, if you know your gear and love helping people, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

·         Running the shop floor and the phones, helping customers find the right gear and smashing your sales targets.

·         Building real relationships with hunters, shooters and outdoors people who come back because they trust you.

·         Finding new customers through networking, outreach and local knowledge.

·         Staying on top of the latest products, techniques and trends.

·         Helping make the store look great with displays and merchandising that bring people in.

What you'll bring

·         A current New Zealand firearms licence. This is essential.

·         A track record in sales, or the drive to build one.

·         Real knowledge of and passion for firearms, hunting techniques and local species.

·         Great people skills, and confidence presenting, advising and negotiating.

·         A self-starter attitude, happy working on your own or as part of the team.

·         Solid computer skills. Point-of-sale experience is a bonus.
