About the role
This is a customer solutions focused sales role within Auckland's property market. You will utilise your sales skills within Ashcroft Homes' established new home build and property development business, working alongside a tight-knit team of multidisciplinary experts.
Key responsibilities
Generating new business and referrals
Following up on leads
Meeting with potential clients to discuss the full sales process, options, and pricing
Conducting the initial feasibility study and concept plans
Maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the build and project process
Maintaining appropriate enquiry follow up standards, call cycles and input of information
Attending industry events and networking across all appropriate channels to generate leads
About you
Proven salesperson with knowledge of the Auckland housing and property market, or a driven individual from a project management, building or trade type background
Customer focused mind-set together with a high degree of integrity and work ethic
Technically strong with a good understanding of the Auckland new home and property development market
A network of industry contacts would be highly desirable
Familiar with the Unitary Plan, creating feasibility studies, scheme plans
Awareness of the market and competitor offers
Some experience with Architectural/CAD software preferred, e.g. AutoCAD, Draftsight
Highly collaborative industry professional
