At 360 Property Management, we manage properties right across Auckland, with offices in both central Auckland and Manukau.
We're on the hunt for a Property Manager to join our team, looking after a portfolio based mainly in central Auckland and the surrounding suburbs.
You'll have your own portfolio to manage, build great relationships with owners and tenants, and have plenty of support behind you. With dedicated letting, accounts, admin and leadership teams, you won't be expected to do absolutely everything yourself!
We're a busy bunch, we work hard, have a laugh along the way and are always looking for better ways to do things.
What you'll be doing
Managing your own residential property portfolio
Building great relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
Carrying out routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
Keeping on top of rent arrears, rent reviews and tenancy renewals
Ensuring properties meet Healthy Homes and tenancy compliance requirements
Managing move-ins, vacates, bond refunds and tenancy matters, including Tribunal hearings when needed
Working alongside our letting and business development teams to keep vacancies low
Keeping your portfolio organised, up to date and running smoothly
