- PAY RATE: £48,000-£55,000
- WORK TYPE: Permanent

Join our new therapeutic childcare setting in the Gateshead area! Flexible with shifts covering 7 days a week day and night.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintain a firm, caring, consistent, and well-ordered working environment.
- Accompanying children and young people on recreational activities and demonstrating positive role modelling.
- Ensuring healthcare needs of the children and young people are met, including making appointments and accompanying them and completing written reports
- To report immediately to senior management any noticeable changes in health, behaviour or circumstances of our children and young people
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- Residential support Environment of at least 1 year
- Level 5 Diploma of residential childcare
- Knowledge of the Children Act and Children's Homes Regulation
- Driving licence required
