· Establish marketing performance measures and use data analytics and AI-assisted measurement tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer-acquisition trends, lead quality, conversion performance and return on marketing investment.

· Provide regular performance reports, market forecasts and strategic recommendations to the Director, and adjust marketing plans and resource allocation in response to verified results and changing market conditions.

Leadership, Business Collaboration & Resource Coordination

· Coordinate internal stakeholders and external marketing resources, including agencies, content providers, designers, media suppliers and technology vendors, to deliver agreed marketing outcomes, timelines and quality standards.

· Work closely with sales, design, project management and technical teams to align marketing activity with business capacity, customer needs, project pipelines and the commercial value of NCA Group’s integrated solutions.

· Provide senior marketing guidance, establish clear briefs and priorities, review deliverables and monitor the performance of external providers and any employees assigned to marketing activities.

Responsible AI Governance & Information Management

· Evaluate and recommend suitable AI-enabled marketing technologies and analytical platforms based on business need, accuracy, security, cost, integration requirements and expected commercial value.

· Establish and apply controls for the responsible use of AI-assisted research, content and analysis, including human review, source verification, privacy and confidentiality safeguards, intellectual-property awareness, brand consistency and management approval where required.

· Monitor AI-generated and automated outputs for material errors, unsupported claims, bias, inappropriate disclosure or reputational risk, and ensure that final marketing decisions remain accountable to authorised NCA Group personnel.
