We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join an established business, managing client projects from initial order through to production and delivery. This is a varied, client-facing role where you will coordinate internal departments, manage project timelines and ensure customer requirements are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and regular project updates.
• Manage multiple projects from initial brief and order through design, approval, production and delivery.
• Coordinate with design, graphics, estimating and production teams to ensure deadlines and milestones are achieved.
• Interpret client requirements and communicate clear project briefs to internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues and proactively manage changing priorities.
• Oversee prototypes and approval processes, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contracts using SAP.
• Support invoicing processes and provide regular workload and progress updates to management.

About You

• Previous experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within a client-focused or production environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
