About the Role
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment. You will support day-to-day processing, warehouse, and dispatch operations. Depending on your experience and licensing, duties will include process work (tipping) and/or forklift operation, along with general warehouse tasks to ensure efficient production flow.
You will work a 4 days on / 4 days off rotating roster, with 12-hour shifts across days and nights:
Key Responsibilities
- Tipping 25kg ingredient bags into processing machinery
- Assisting with day-to-day production and warehouse operations
- Safely operating forklifts to move ingredients, pallets, and finished goods
- Loading and unloading trucks and supporting dispatch activities
- Maintaining stock accuracy and following production schedules
- Operating machinery and equipment (training provided if required)
- Following all site hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-on / 4-off roster
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments
- Forklift License and current OSH Certificate (required for forklift duties)
- Minimum 6 months forklift driving experience preferred
- Reliable transport
- Two professional work references
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ criminal convictions check
