Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Program Head/Delivery Head on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide single-point executive accountability for the end-to-end Digital Channel Transformation and joint Digital Factory engagement.
Lead transition, application development, application management, modernization and stabilization across all value streams.
Own the integrated transformation roadmap covering web, mobile, omnichannel, common-code adoption and AI-enabled engineering.
Serve as the senior client interface for customer executives, business sponsors, product owners and technology leaders.
Establish the joint Digital Factory operating model with clear ownership across product teams, squads, chapters and partners.
Govern program scope, milestones, releases, critical dependencies, quality gates, risks and corrective actions.
Lead knowledge transition, resource mobilization, service continuity and steady-state readiness.
Coordinate customer teams, client delivery units, shared services, platform partners and external vendors.
Ensure predictable delivery, production stability, engineering quality, SLA/KPI performance and continuous improvement.
Govern architecture alignment, DevSecOps, automation, security, compliance and responsible adoption of AI-enabled delivery.
Own workforce planning, capability development and the effective onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery mix.
Manage engagement commercials, financial performance, productivity commitments, scope changes and contractual obligations.
Lead executive governance, reporting, escalation management and stakeholder communication.
Experience/Qualifications:
15+ years in IT services delivery, with at least 5 at Program/Delivery Head level on telecom digital transformation engagements
Executive accountability for transition, app development, AMS and modernization across multiple value streams
Track record with Agile/product operating models (squads, chapters, digital factory)
Managed onsite/nearshore/offshore delivery mixes and multi-vendor ecosystems
Commercial ownership: P&L, engagement financials, scope changes, contractual commitments
C-level stakeholder management and executive governance
Exposure to AI-enabled engineering and DevSecOps adoption is a plus
Fluent English and Italian
