We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Parts Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient parts procurement, stock management, customer service and sales, while leading the parts team to achieve operational and financial targets.

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• 3–5 years’ experience in an automotive parts environment, within a franchised dealership.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems and dealership parts processes.
• Experience with parts ordering, stock control, receiving and issuing procedures.
• Computer literate, with good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience working on a dealership/automotive management system will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Good numerical and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lead, motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Sound understanding of stock control and gross-profit principles.
