Skillford & Co is seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver for civil work in Christchurch. We’re looking for someone reliable, safety focused and happy to work in with our wider team.

- Driving Class 4 trucks across civil and roading projects.
- Transporting and tipping materials safely.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and looking after equipment.
- Assisting the crew with general labouring duties when needed.
- Communicating clearly with site teams and following site safety procedures.
- A current, full Class 4 licence.
- Previous civil driving and tipping experience.
- Confidence operating Road Ranger gearboxes.
- A strong work ethic, punctuality and a team-first attitude.
- Physical fitness and a willingness to get out of the cab.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- WTR endorsements are an advantage.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Weekly pay.
- Consistent Monday–Friday hours.
