We are looking for an experienced Digger Operator/Labourer to join a reputable civil construction business based in Ruakaka. This is a long-term assignment offering steady work for a skilled operator who takes pride in their work, values safety, and is happy to get stuck into labouring duties when required.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating excavators on a civil construction project
- Completing final trim and finishing work to a high standard
- Assisting with general labouring duties as required
- Supporting the site team to ensure projects are completed efficiently
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
What You Need:
- Class 1 Full Driver Licence with WTR endorsement
- Proven excavator operating experience in a civil construction environment
- Strong final trim and finishing skills
- Physically fit and willing to undertake manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team environment
