We're seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a supportive and collaborative primary care team part-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse looking to scale back their hours, balance family commitments, study, or complement another part-time or casual role.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, including chronic disease management, immunisation schedules, wound care and Pae Ora initiatives. Working alongside experienced nurses, GPs, and the wider clinical team, you'll help make a meaningful difference in the health outcomes of your community.

Essential skills and experience:
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- Minimum of one year experience working in General Practice
- Current Authorised Vaccinators Certificate
- Cervical Smear Certification (preferred)
- Excellent clinical assessment, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Experience providing patient-centred care to individuals and whānau from diverse cultural backgrounds
