As part of a significant programme expansion, we are seeking experienced Business Analysts with process improvement and automation expertise to join multidisciplinary delivery pods responsible for identifying opportunities for digitisation, capturing business requirements, and supporting the delivery of innovative low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, GOV. UK services, and no-code/low-code forms technologies. This is an initial assignment running through to March 2027, with strong potential for extension as additional discovery activity and delivery workstreams are onboarded.

Ensuring solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and GOV. UK service standards
Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance activities
Facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements
Identifying risks, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts associated with proposed solutions
