Our client are a technology enable multisite company who are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Management Accountant to support day-to-day finance operations and strengthen financial processes as the business scales. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own management reporting, month-end close, cash flow monitoring and financial controls across 5 entities internationally

Key Responsibilities
Own month-, quarter- and year-end close across group entities
Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and local statutory requirements
Support annual audits and statutory reporting
Monitor cash flow and maintain the cash forecast
Prepare VAT returns and support multi-jurisdiction tax compliance alongside external advisors
Partner with operational stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives

About You
Essential
ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent experience
5+ years’ accounting and finance experience, including management reporting and month-end close
Strong understanding of financial controls and audit processes
Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud accounting systems
