Responsibilities

Oversee the full cycle of load operations in the CRM/TMS system
Coordinate with brokers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure on-time and efficient freight delivery
Monitor shipment statuses and resolve operational issues in real time
Provide daily support to drivers, including communication regarding routes, delays, appointments, and emergencies
Track and update load information, maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in truck transportation logistics
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in using dispatching software
• English B2

Working Conditions

Schedule: Weekend shift (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours).
Office: Fully autonomous offices in Kyiv and Chernivtsi, with heating, water, and electricity available 24/7.
English and Spanish classes twice a week to improve communication skills
