About the role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and nurturing Teacher to join our dedicated team as a Primary Caregiver. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference during the most important years of a child’s development while working alongside a supportive team that values relationships, collaboration and continuous growth.
We are looking for someone who:
Is an experienced ECE teacher with a genuine passion for children.
Understands the importance of secure, responsive relationships through a primary caregiving approach.
Brings positive energy, enjoys having fun with children and colleagues, and contributes to a warm team culture.
Has the confidence to coach, inspire and support fellow teachers through everyday practice.
Is reflective, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality care and education.
What You’ll Need
A recognised ECE qualification and a full, current NZ Teacher Practising Certificate
Valid working rights in NZ
