We’re looking for a mature, experienced retail sales assistant to join our Greytown team on a part time basis, plus occasional on-call shifts.

Honour is a consignment boutique where secondhand designer fashion gets a second chance to shine! From Kowtow to Trelise Cooper, we help women of all tastes, sizes, and styles look and feel their best in beautiful preloved pieces that are made to last.

This role suits someone who enjoys building rapport with with female customers aged 25+, has a good eye for quality and fit, and takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming retail experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers and offering genuine, attentive service

• Helping women find pieces that suit their style, body, and lifestyle

• Processing sales with confidence and care

• Managing incoming consignment stock and replenishing new arrivals

• Maintaining a beautifully presented boutique space

• Basic administration/computer work e.g. maintaining simple spreadsheets, and sending and responding to emails

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years proven retail experience in fashion, boutique, or giftware

• Confident, warm, and personable customer service style

• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently

• A confident problem-solver with the ability to handle customer requests and resolve issues calmly and effectively

• A basic level of computer literacy for everyday administrative tasks

• A genuine interest in designer, sustainable, and/or preloved fashion
