Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Manage large teams of technicians effectively
- Manage client upgrades by distributing tasks
- Ensure records are maintained
- Collaborating with Supervisors across the region
- Provide ongoing training
- Perform root cause analysis
- 3rd party vendor management
- Adherent to ISO Standards
- Oversee all critical infrastructure departments
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years' of experience with critical infrastructure systems
- Managerial experience of large teams essential
- UPS architecture and operating principles essential
- HVAC cooling infrastructure systems essential
- Thrive under pressure
Qualification:
- Red seal trade test Electrician/ Ndip or BTech in Electrical Engineering
