About the role
Pool Matters is a fast-growing pool and spa care company, and we’re looking for an experienced Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our team. You’ll maintain and service pool and spa systems, keeping water quality and equipment running at their best, with great pay, a vehicle and phone, and a team that backs your development.

Key responsibilities

• Testing and balancing pool water

• Pool cleaning

• Diagnosing and solving issues with water chemistry, pool filtration systems and equipment

• Performing scheduled maintenance on pool filtration systems and equipment

• Liaising with and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements

• Experience in pool and spa valet work and the maintenance of filtration equipment (preferred)

• A full driver’s licence and a clean driving record (essential)

• Physically fit and happy working outdoors year round

• Detail focused and a good problem solver

• Comfortable working autonomously
