The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical devices sales, team leadership, and strategic business development.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field.
-MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, including significant experience within the medical devices industry.
-Proven track record of leading high-performing commercial teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
-Experience developing relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, government stakeholders, and executive-level decision-makers.
-Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).Valid U.S. visa required.
