Property Maintenance Assistant

Annandale is seeking a reliable, practical and motivated team member to help maintain our exceptional coastal property and ensure our luxury accommodation is always presented to the highest standard.

This is a full-time position, available immediately, with rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays as required by the roster.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and general upkeep of guest villas, cottages and outdoor areas.

• Carry out general property and grounds maintenance, including window cleaning, leaf blowing and outdoor furniture care.

• Maintain guest facilities and equipment, including bicycles, barbecues, pools and spas.

• Manage rubbish and recycling, replenish supplies and assist with firewood and gas bottle replacement.

• Carry out routine vehicle checks and monitor pest-control stations.

• Assist with guest-related tasks, including delivering supplies and collecting and returning dishes when required.

• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly, helping ensure the property remains safe, tidy and guest-ready.

About you

You are hands-on, dependable and take pride in doing a job well. You have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You enjoy varied physical work, are comfortable working outdoors and understand the importance of maintaining high standards in a luxury hospitality environment.

Previous experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping or hospitality is an advantage. A current driver's licence is required.
