1.  All the original reports of discharged patient and after discharge of patient if any report is not handed over to patient, from concerned ward all the pending reports will come to MRD.

2.   Sorting of reports according to paying patient & TPA /Corporate patient, and sending them to respective department.

3. Collect All pending reports from respective department like Pathology, Radiology, Cardiology/Endoscopy

 4. As per request all pending reports courier to the patient.

 5. To participate actively in training & development initiative.

 6. To contribute towords New initiatives or Improvement of the department.
