Glasslines NZ is a trusted leader in New Zealand’s glass manufacturing industry, driven by a commitment to building a successful business through great people. We are currently seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Class 2 Driver to join our team for a night truck swap run to Palmerston North.

This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy the open road and take pride in delivering safely and professionally. Best of all, there’s no manual glass handling involved — your focus is purely on safe driving, timely deliveries, and maintaining high vehicle standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating a Class 2 vehicle safely and within legal requirements

• Completing night-time truck swap runs to Palmerston North

• Ensuring products are transported securely and delivered on time

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly

• Following all Health & Safety and Company Transport procedures

• Communicating effectively with dispatch and the wider transport team

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Class 2 Full Driver Licence (essential)

• At least 1 year of Class 2 driving experience preferred

• Previous night driving or shift work experience is advantageous

• Strong communication and time management skills

• A reliable, self-motivated, and safety-first attitude

As part of our recruitment process, the successful applicant will be required to complete a medical assessment, a drug and alcohol test, and a Ministry of Justice check.
