About You
- Proven experience delivering TMR / Main Roads projects, ideally across road construction, upgrades, or civil infrastructure works
- A degree qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent trade/technical background with strong TMR project exposure)
- Strong understanding of TMR specifications, quality systems, and contract delivery requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
