At Solsets, we believe in harnessing the radiant energy of the Sol (sun) to unlock the natural glow in every individual. Rooted in traditions of beauty, wellness, and self-love, our spa offers clients a sanctuary where warmth, nature, and holistic care come together.

We are looking for a Beauty Aesthetician who shares our passion for natural beauty, wellness, and exceptional client care.

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from:

• Someone who understands and embodies natural beauty ideals (preferred)

• Passionate beauty enthusiasts looking to grow in a supportive, creative, and culturally rich environment

• Someone who has a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience, International experience is welcomed and preferred.

• Someone with a beauty Qualification would be a preferred bonus.

• Be willing and able to work on a Rostered basis with 35+ work hours/ week

• Be willing and able to work Split shifts when required

• Be willing and able to work weekends and certain Public Holidays when required

• Be willing to do 7am starts on certain shifts and 9pm close on certain shifts.

• Be willing an able to serve both male and female clients equally
  
  Preferred Skills:

• Waxing (Body & Face)

• Facials (Natural & Rejuvenating)

• Massage (Relaxation, Aromatherapy, etc.)

• Brow Shaping & Tinting

• Lash Lifting & Tinting

• Other beauty or wellness services are a plus!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty treatments with care, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend treatments

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and tranquil spa environment

• Manage appointment scheduling and client records

• Support with opening/closing duties, restocking, and general spa upkeep

• Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and positive team culture

• Learn and uphold Solsets' ethos of radiant, sun-inspired beauty
