JD:

• Experience of Fixed Income or Capital Market project/domain expreince is plus/preferred.
• 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using **Python, FAST, Flask API and API Integration experience building enterprise level applications and integration with Java and DB**  
• 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using **Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice**  
• Hands on experience with **PostgreSQL/Db2 or NoSQL MongoDB or Snowflake** including complex SQL, Stored Proc development and performance tuning.
• AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration.
• Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation. 
• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels

**Desired skills**
• Good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity or Capital Market expreince working with business users.
• Experince with front end technology - Angular or React . 
• Experience with **Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency , Agentic orchestration of business process.**
