Job Title

Senior Resident –Pathology – MAX LAB, MSSH Noida

Reporting Supervisor

 Functional Reporting: Director- Laboratory Medicine

 

  1. JOB PURPOSE

Support to all fields of medicine.

 

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Core Responsibilities

  • To provide timely and accurate services to the patients & service users.
  • To demonstrate effective application of professional knowledge and clinical acumen.
  • To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
  • To ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, Proactive ness).
  • To ensure smooth running of the department.
  • To ensure that test methodologies are followed in 100% of samples.
  • To facilitate teaching and training programs to subordinates.
  • To ensure optimum utilization of resources by self and subordinates.
  • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
  • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal   system.     
  •  To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. 
  •  To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital.
  •  To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational     issues & policies of the respective area
  • To Comply with patient safety policy
  • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal   system.      
  1. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

 

  • Report accuracy 100%
  • Reports on time 99%
  • Dashboard measures & TAT as per  NABH &IMS quality initiatives.
  1. JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or DNB in Pathology

 

 

Experience

  • 1 to 3    years of relevant experience.
