This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working with numbers, understanding business performance and providing meaningful financial information to support decision-making.
Working within a busy and collaborative finance function, the successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of business areas, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting financial planning and reporting across multiple markets.
What will the Finance Analyst role involve?
- Assisting with the preparation and review of budgets, monthly forecasts and financial plans
- Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, variances and areas for improvement
- Working closely with commercial teams to understand sales performance, challenge forecasts and provide financial insight
- Producing financial reports, management information and presentations to support business decisions
- Developing and maintaining financial models to assist with forecasting, scenario planning and longer-term business objectives
- Liaising with wider finance teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely financial reporting
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Analyst vacancy
- Previous experience in a financial analysis, management accounting or FP&A role, ideally within a complex commercial environment
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information and build financial models
- A finance or accounting degree, or relevant finance qualification, would be advantageous
- A commercially focused approach, with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
- Well organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment

- Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
- Hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week working from home
