About the role
We're looking for a Sales & Service Co-ordinator to join our Auckland team and provide the administration, customer support and coordination that keeps both our Sales and Technical Service teams moving. This is a busy, varied role where you'll be dealing with customers, Territory Managers, technicians, suppliers and internal teams to make sure enquiries, orders and service jobs are followed through properly.
Key responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries across Sales and Service
Preparing quotes, sales orders and service documentation
Supporting Territory Managers with quotes, orders, follow-ups and customer requirements
Coordinating service and repair jobs from initial enquiry through to completion
Keeping customers updated on lead times, bookings, delays, freight and job progress
Coordinating parts, freight, paperwork and information required for service jobs
Managing returns, credits, reworks, warranty and insurance administration
Keeping customer, equipment and job records accurate and up to date
Maintaining accurate information across our ERP, CRM and other relevant systems
Working closely with the Service Lead, Sales, Stores, Production and other teams to keep jobs moving and customers informed
About you
Strong administration and coordination skills
Good customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams
The ability to prioritise and stay calm in a busy environment
Good computer and systems skills – ERP/CRM experience is an advantage
A practical, technically minded approach and the willingness to learn our products and services
Experience in traffic management, automotive, manufacturing, technical service or a similar environment would be an advantage
