Bricklane is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Kitchen Hand. This position promises an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our kitchen operations.
This is a Casual position, and flexibility is essential. You must be available to work late nights and weekend shifts.
As a Kitchen Hand, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of ingredients and menu items
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen area
- Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks as required
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
