What You’ll Be Doing
Leading from the Front: Guide, motivate, and mentor team members during shifts to maintain high energy, efficient service, and excellent customer care.
Daily Store Operations: Manage open/close procedures, stock management, and store presentation.
Quality Control: Ensure food preparation meets health, safety, and hygiene standards while consistently delivering beautiful, Instagram-worthy bowls.
Team Training & Scheduling: Assist with onboarding and training new staff members, setting daily targets, and managing shift rosters.
Problem Solving: Maintain composure under pressure during peak rush hours and resolve customer inquiries or issues gracefully.
What We’re Looking For
Leadership Experience: At least 1+ years of supervisor, shift lead, or team leader experience in fast-casual dining, hospitality, or retail.
Passion for Customer Service: A friendly, outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Food Prep & Hygiene Awareness: Understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Strong Communication: Clear, effective verbal communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekend shifts, early mornings, or peak hours as required by the business.
