Production Operator - Packing

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Operator to join our fast-paced Nut Bar production team.

This is a hands-on role where speed, accuracy, and attention to quality are essential. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating packaging equipment, ensuring products meet quality standards, and keeping production running efficiently while maintaining food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packing machinery in line with production requirements.

• Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards.

• Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report faults as required.

• Clean packing equipment and work areas to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

• Follow all food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Food manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer literacy.

• Practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
