We’re seeking an Auckland Branch Manager to lead the performance and development of our Auckland team, while driving growth across existing and new client relationships. You’ll set clear expectations, support people to perform and develop, and lead assigned productions to achieve strong client, commercial and delivery outcomes.
As our Branch Manager, you’ll lead assigned productions from client engagement and planning through to delivery and post-event follow-up. You’ll also oversee branch operations, build relationships with clients and venues, and help create a positive, collaborative and solutions-focused team culture. Travel will be required.
Qualifications & experience
Experience in event, audiovisual or production environments
Experience leading, supporting and developing a team
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Commercial understanding, including quoting, managing costs and margins
Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple productions
Understanding of health and safety practices in event or production environments

Responsibilities
Lead, support and grow the team, setting clear expectations and providing feedback, coaching and development support.
Build a positive team culture, prioritise wellbeing, monitor workloads and coordinate production timelines and team coverage.
Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Support onboarding and role-related training, maintain accurate staff and appraisal records, and keep relevant procedures up to date.
Lead assigned productions from client engagement through planning and delivery to post-event follow-up.
Prepare technical quotes, RFQs, or RFPs.
Oversee and support the teams responsible for assigned productions.
Oversee branch operations and ensure production teams can deploy events safely, efficiently and effectively.
Manage branch revenue, margins, invoicing and expenditure.
Maintain a safe workplace and environment.
Identify practical improvements and technology investment opportunities.
