The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about mechanical design and thrives on bringing new products to life. While you will be focused primarily on design, you will also play a key role in project management and client interaction, giving you a chance to make a tangible impact on every project.
What You'll Do
Lead the mechanical design of complex products from concept through to production.
Leverage your mechatronics knowledge to integrate mechanical systems with electronics and control systems, working in close collaboration with external specialists.
Apply your expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) to create efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality designs.
Contribute to project planning and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
Communicate directly with clients, providing technical updates and building strong, lasting partnerships.
Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping to develop our team.
Who We're Looking For
You are an experienced and dedicated engineer with a strong background in product design. You are motivated by a challenge, a natural problem-solver, and a clear communicator. Your qualifications include:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in product design.
Proficiency with professional-grade CAD software.
A demonstrated ability to manage projects and interact with clients and stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for working as part of a multi-talented team.
