We're looking for a technically capable Systems Engineer to play a critical role in configuring, testing and supporting the delivery of Rauland solutions.

The Opportunity

Working closely with Projects, Service, ICT Delivery, Product and customers, you'll translate requirements into technically sound configurations and deliver high-quality solutions that support clinical and operational outcomes. Combining technical expertise, problem-solving and collaboration, you'll ensure each implementation runs effectively and remains supportable throughout its lifecycle.

What You’ll Deliver

· Reliable and technically sound solution configurations aligned to customer requirements.

· High-quality testing, commissioning and go-live readiness.

· Effective troubleshooting, backed by accurate technical and as-built documentation.

· Strong configuration governance and continuous improvement of technical standards and delivery practices.

About You

You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working across integrated technology environments and contributing to meaningful customer outcomes.

You’ll bring

· Experience configuring, implementing or supporting technology platforms, systems or networks.

· Experience with Linux, Windows Server or related infrastructure technologies.

· Knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications, VoIP or digital communications.

· Ability to interpret customer and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

· Strong communication skills and a proactive, quality-focused mindset.
