*As the Data Administrator, you will be responsible for:*
- Receive and register data source forms, records and other documents for data capture and entry into various databases. Experience working with industrial products with various and numerous technical specifications is desirable.
- Efficiently import and/or export data between different computerized databases, platforms, spreadsheets or other data templates. Significant experience leveraging Excel at an Advanced Level to support data migration activities.
- Support data maintenance projects within an ERP system, including updating information and monitoring data integrity as required. Previous experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
- Liase with product vendors and sources to obtain up to date and product information and to update required systems.
- Utilize audit tools to ensure integrity of data and enact regularly scheduled maintenance.
- Support reporting and analysis of information from ERP.
*Job Requirements:*
- Education: Minimum completion of a 2-year College Level Certificate in Computer Sciences or Engineering or completion or pursuance of a University Degree within Computer Sciences.
- Data Experience: Minimum 1 year maintaining data and completing data system activities.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with focus on accuracy and completeness of records.
- Computer Proficiency: Experience using MS Office including basic proficiency with Outlook and Word, with advanced proficiency using Excel. 2 years experience maintaining ERP data, with preference given to experience with NetSuite.
*Job Type:* In-person, full-time, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
