Wildmasons is looking for outgoing, friendly and confident people to join our crew as Brand Ambassadors for in-store tastings across Auckland.
Your mission: Get people tasting Wildmasons Collagen Prebiotic Protein Powder and get them buying it.
You’ll be the face of the brand in-store, bringing energy, personality and a genuine passion for nutrition to every shift.
This isn't a passive sampling job. We’re looking for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys selling and gets a buzz from making a sale.
What you’ll be doing:
* Setting up and running Wildmasons tasting stations in store (kit provided)
* Approaching shoppers confidently and starting conversations
* Offering customers free samples and getting them excited to try the product
* Sharing the Wildmasons story and explaining what makes the product different (training will be provided)
* Turning conversations into sales and confidently leading customers to buy
* Overcoming questions or objections and helping customers decide if Wildmasons is right for them
* Creating a fun, positive experience that gets people talking about the brand
* Keeping your tasting station looking sharp, tidy and inviting
Representing Wildmasons with energy, enthusiasm and authenticity
What we’re looking for:
Naturally salesy; you genuinely enjoy selling and don't feel awkward asking for the sale
* Previous sales, retail, hospitality, promo or brand ambassador experience is highly desirable
* Someone who thrives on targets, results and seeing customers walk away with the product
* High energy and naturally outgoing; you're comfortable approaching anyone
* Friendly, confident and able to build rapport quickly
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Someone who can light up a supermarket aisle and make people want to stop and chat
* Available to work weekend shifts
We're not looking for someone who just stands behind a table and waits for customers to come over.
We want someone who thinks: “How many people can I get to try this; and how many can I get to buy it?”
You don't need to be a nutrition expert; but you should be genuinely interested in the space and excited to learn about the product.
