Montfort Care is a social service agency that works with individuals, families and communities to create new possibilities. Founded in 2000, we now employ more than 400 employees and operate from over 30 locations in Singapore across Anti-Violence, Family Service, Mental Health, Caregiving and Eldercare services.

Guided by our founding ethos, "Those whom the world rejects must move you the most", we believe no life should be defined by its hardest circumstances. Behind every struggle is a person or family with dignity, strengths and possibilities yet to be realised. Our work begins by seeing what others may overlook and creating the conditions for people to reclaim agency, rebuild relationships and shape a different future.
